This is a relaxed Mellow Yellow ride, a steady ride perfect for your first ride out with us or anyone returning to cycling. We always ride at the pace of the slowest rider and encourage each other along the way. We will be heading along the canal to cassiobury Park where we stop for a drink and snack in Daisy’s café before we return to our start point.

Please remember to
- check your bike is in good working order, gears and brakes all working, and tyres pumped up. If in doubt - please get it looked at by a mechanic before the ride
- cycle helmet
- bike lock
- spare inner tube and pump
- water bottle
