Club Ride to Meriden Cyclists War Memorial: Honouring Our Heritage on Two Wheels

Join us for a meaningful ride to the Meriden Cyclists War Memorial, a landmark that holds deep significance for the cycling community. Located in the picturesque village of Meriden—often referred to as the traditional centre of England—this memorial pays tribute to cyclists who served and sacrificed during the World Wars.

Our route will take us through scenic countryside roads, offering a mix of gentle climbs, sweeping descents, and quiet lanes perfect for group riding. Whether you're a seasoned rider or newer to club rides, this journey is designed to be inclusive, reflective, and enjoyable.

Upon arrival, we’ll gather at the memorial for a short moment of reflection and group photo. It’s a chance to connect with the history of cycling, honour those who came before us, and celebrate the spirit of unity that defines our club.
