An nice 24 mile loop taking in the Trent Bank (watch out for the Black Bank Lion!), a lovely road through Laughton Forest and a coffee stop at Blyton Ice Cream Parlour, then round to Kirton and back to Messingham. The route is all tarmac and suitable for all bikes, although mountain bikes with fat tyres will be a bit harder work! There are no hills to speak of although its a bit of a pull leaving Blyton. We would expect to average around 12 mph depending on the groups abilities, but no-one gets left behind.
