Starting from - The Ivy House, 40 Stuart Road, Southwark - London's first co‑operatively owned pub. Lewisham Cyclists do Tuesday Totters and Bromley Cyclists do Wednesday Wanders, but what about Southwark? What midweek social rides should we be doing? Join us on our monthly, 10 mile long, local rides, largely on quiet roads, cycle paths and through parks, sometimes riverside. We are open to suggestions for both destinations and local routes for future rides. All welcome, SE15 3BE

For this ride we will be using the Dickens Route through Southwark - a route borrowed from the famous Christmas Day ride. We then cross at Blackfriars Bridge and use the new superhighway along the Embankment, which takes us to Westminster and then Hyde Park, where the ride will end. Please remember to bring lights.
