this ride is open to men and women. Emphasis is on enjoying a sociable ride at a steady pace where nobody shall be left behind.

Leaving Lampeter to Cwmann and then left to Cellan we will go along the B4343 to Llanfair. Here we will turn left over Llanfair bridge and at the shop turn right. This brings us to Llangybi where we will cross over the main road and cycle passed the golf club. We will turn left back towards Lampeter and drop down into Silian at Glandenys. We will come back to Lampeter on the main A road from Tregaron.

We have been making great progress, it's now time to try out a few climbs. Please don't be put off, nobody will be left behind and speed is not important.

Mostly B roads, fairly quiet allowing us to take our time and enjoy a social pace

We will stop at Llanfair Bridge and anywhere else that seems necessary.

Helmets are essential. Opportunity for coffee and cake in Artisans after the ride.
