Country roads, and a favourite long pretty lane of mine towards Manuden. Some hills but nothing steep, Everyone can take hills at their own pace and regroup at the top.
Minor country roads.
Stopping only, to adjust clothing, take a breather and drink from a water bottle. Coffee and food, and chat if one wishes at the end, in the lovely cafe, with a lovely view!
Helmet please, Bike to be in good working order, and roadworthy. Tyres pumped to the correct pressure. Tools and spare inner tube to fix a puncture. High Viz clothing if possible.
