Monday Breeze confidence booster

Heading out to have a cake and coffee stop at Croft Park, Little Weighton. There is a mix of cycle paths, quiet and busy roads with junctions to negotiate. Please make sure your bike is in good road worthy condition with pumped up tyres, working brakes and gears. Make sure you bring the means to mend a puncture ( spare tube/ tyre levers/ pump) the Breeze leaders will assist you if needed . Please wear a helmet and suitable, comfortable clothes. Carry some water and card/cash for the coffee stop. Breeze Rides are suitable for ladies who are keen to cycle in a friendly, supportive group . The leaders are qualified British Cycling ride leaders, first aid trained and all rides are risk assessed . Newcomers are always welcome.
