About the route
Starting point
Meeting at the start of the trail outside the bike hire place adjacent to the Lidls carpark.
The trail surface is uneven, has some sharp stones and in wet weather can be quite muddy. Please ensure you have suitable tyres. Please wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube to fit your bike and some money for refreshments in Padstow.
