Mountain Bike Ride on Rough Roman Road (Sarn Helen) Neath valley.

Approximately 12 miles and 3 hours of riding along the wooded river valley, forestry, old roman road and moorland. Mix of some road riding, forestry track (chipping), rough roman road, rough and loose track and mud.
First half of the ride is mostly up hill, this is a very hilly ride by CSC standards if you are not fit you will find very strenuous. Average by mountain bike standards.
If you haven't booked in by 10:00am on the day; we won't be waiting for you at the start and we will leave early when everyone turns up.
