Approximately 15 miles and 3 hours of riding along the ridgeway. Less than 1 mile of on road cycling.
Mostly tree lined bridleways, some rocky paths and some muddy paths, occasional pasture land.
This is a hilly ride by CSC standards.
You will need a mountain bike or a hybrid suitable for off roading with strong forks and tough tyres.

Helmets, Gloves, Jacket, spares and inner tube. Fuel up before riding, bring some food and water
