The ride will predominantly use the canal towpaths. We'll be setting off from Robin Park Arena car park before heading on to the canal up to the locks at Haigh, and then on to Adlington before a scheduled stop at Frederick's Ice Cream Shop for refreshments. The route will then be reversed for the return journey.

Even as an adult there’s something about getting messy that we can’t resist. Join us for our Muddy Fun Ride. Expect mud, fun and plenty of laughter with a nice hot brew on a cold, fresh winters day at Frederick's Ice Cream Shop.

Traffic free, canal tow paths.

30 minute stop at Frederick's Ice Cream Shop at the half way point.

Helmets and own bikes are a must, Spare inner tubes for your bike. Money if you require a brew at the cafe.
