Nant-y-Derry double loop

Starting from the crematorium we cycle along the old straight mile to New Inn, we climb Jerusalem Lane and continue to Monkswood. Here we cross the main road and climb Rumble Street which is a challenging hill to be climbed at our own pace! We then follow the lanes to Nant-y-Derry and join the Chain Bridge road. We turn right towards Usk until just before we reach the Chain Bridge where we take another right to ride past the Foxhunter pub to complete the first loop. We then ride to the Baffle Haus for a well earned stop! From here we make our way through the lanes to the canal. After passing the Basin we leave the canal and climb up to the straight mile and back to the crematorium.
