Newham Healthy Ride to Copped Hall

We cycle up to Epping Forest, following some of the Dunwich Dynamo route. We then cycle through the heart of the forest and up to Copped Hall, which will be holding one of its open days. We visit the house and gardens (entry fee £8) for a couple of hours. We then return to the View Tube via the Warlies and the Lee Valley cycle path.
