Starting from - Usual meeting point at Newport Velodrome for a 10am start.

We will be leaving the Velodrome at 10am heading towards Duffryn and picking up Risca road before turning off to quieter back roads, lanes and wherever possible, cycle paths.

Coffee/food stop this week will be opposite the Majestic Caerphilly Castle. Plenty of choice for a cuppa.

A good pump, a spare inner tube and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. ●●● Helmets are mandatory...NO HELMET = NO RIDE.

New to group riding and maybe unsure well let me put you at ease. Everybody and every ability are more than welcome. We are all slighty bonkers, friendly and welcoming. And we don't go as fast as we can. We are a social group, enjoying open air, cycling, great scenery and the company of like minded people. Oh and cake, there's a coffee and cake stop.
