We always use quieter roads and cycle paths wherever possible.

We will be stopping on Penarth Pier for chips and Ice-cream, if it's blowing a Hoolie we'll find a nice cafe .

A good pump, a spare inner tube and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. ●●● Helmets are mandatory...NO HELMET = NO RIDE.
