Starting from - Our meet up and start point as always will be the Newport Velodrome for a 10am start.

Please message me if you are unable to attend on the day. It saves us waiting an extra 10/15 minutes for someone who is not coming. NP19 4RB

A leisurly ride out to Cardiff bay this week and as always we will be making use of the quieter back roads and designated cycle routes whenever they are available.
Our coffee stop this week will be at the Norwegian Chapel in Cardiff bay and fingers crossed the weather is being kinder to us this week.

A good pump, a spare inner tube and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. ●●● Helmets are mandatory...NO HELMET = NO RIDE.

New to group riding and maybe unsure well let me put you at ease. Everybody and every ability are more than welcome. We are all slighty bonkers, friendly and welcoming. And we don't go as fast as we can. We are a social group, enjoying open air, cycling, great scenery and the company of like minded people. Oh and cake, there's a coffee and cake stop.
