A circuit ride from The Meadows to Secret Herb Garden

ROAD TYPES you'll be riding on: A mixture of mostly tarmac cycle paths/ cycle lanes/ shared use paths and quiet roads, with a few sections on gravel/gritty and bumpy tracks - road bikes with very thin tyres thus not recommended; Less than one tenth on relatively busier roads. TERRAIN: Hilly on some sections, which are manageable to most riders though

LUNCH/ COFFEE STOP: Secret Herb Garden Café & Bistro (may bring your own food/ picnic outside, weather dependent) at about two fifth of the route. TOILETS: available at the start & end point at the Meadows, and the cafe stop.

Bring with you: Helmet highly advised, at least one spare inner tube suitable for your bike tyres and relevant tools for mechanics, appropriate layers of clothing to keep warm (don't forget gloves), snacks and drinking water, cash/ card if you fancy buying food at the cafe. A roadworthy bike with good brakes is certainly a must. Last but not least: front and rear bike lights in case you may linger on your way home (est. sunset time: 15:45)

We never leave anyone behind
