Nottingham FLAB social ride

This will be a challenging route. A few hills but with a great cafe to rest at before returning on a flatter route. Its a longer one. We will be riding at approx 10-12 mph but will always look after any slower riders, that may well be me. No-one will be left behind. I will give a weather update on the Nottingham FLAB fb page a few days before the ride. We will be meeting at the front of the pub at 09:15 to be leaving at 09:30.
