Lovely family ride to the beautiful lesnes health, explore the ruins and cycle back

For the whole family to enjoy a easy ride from Sporting Club Thamesmead to Lesnes Abbey (Ruins).

Anyone who can cycle at least to Bikeability level 1 (be able to have some control over the bike, can cycle for more than a 1 minute at a time) can enjoy the off road cycle trip.
