Mainly trails and quiet roads. We have to use a few quiet roads between trails. Lovely new section from Cusworth to Marr.

Mainly traffic TPT 62 and other bridleways.

Cafe stop at Cusworth Hall and Markham Grange.

Helmets must be worn. There are some off-road sections.

We never leave anyone behind
