We will follow Pendam including the red sections of The Italian Job and High as a Kite (this is optional - follow the blues if you'd rather!)
This ride follows the morning coaching sessions (book separately) and a picnic lunch as part of an Olympics mini-festiva.
There is a separate Fundamentals of Mountain Biking ride on the blue trails led by Laura.
So there is something for everyone today - riders new to Nant yr Arain or new to mountain biking are especially welcome.
Back to the café for free tea and cake to say thank you for coming!
