This Ford and Etal Cyclists ride is open for anyone to join

The rest is all downhill (apart from the uphill bits)...
From Etal we head to Kimmerston, then Milfield and then over Branxtonmoor before turning down to Thornington and along to Mindrum Station.
We then head home via Learmouth, Branxton and Crookham.
Helmets are always advisable.
Please check the weather forecast and bring suitable clothing.
Carrying a spare inner tube and some basic repair tools is also a good idea.
Please also check your bike the day before the ride, ensuring that all the bits that are supposed to spin do so freely and all the bits that aren't meant to move don't.
Also check that both your tyres are full of air.
