Out to Net's Café

If you are wanting to increase your miles but not have a ride that is too challenging, then come and join me on this 45 mile flat out and back route to Net's Café. The total ascent for this ride is 234m (768ft). We will start at Station Road Carpark in Rossett and meet at 9:15am with the aim to leave at 9.30am. Note there are no toilets and there is height barrier for those who have a bike on their roof. Our route takes us through Rossett and out towards Pulford, taking in the straight mile. We then head into Eccleston, Handbridge and round to Chester Racecourse joining the cycle path over to Hawarden train station then over to the Marshes and to Net's Café. After our stop at Net's we will make the same journey back to Rossett.

We start off on main roads as we leave Rossett and we make our way to Chester, once we have reached the Racecourse, we then stay on the cycle path all the way to Net's. Then the opposite for the way back ending with main roads.

Our main stop is Net's Café, however we can stop as and when people want to along the way for drinks, picture's and snacks.

Helmets are mandatory and it is advisable to bring spare inner tubes, a pump, multi tool, levers, snacks, water and a waterproof (just in case).

If you have been riding for a while and would like to increase your distance, this will be for you. It's not challenging in terms of ascent but could still be challenging if you've not done this distance before. Our rides are not races and we will take our time.
