Over the hills and back again - Port Penrhyn to Morfa Aber Nature Reserve

Starting at Port Penrhyn we'll cycle up Lon Las Ogwen cycle track. At Llandygai we join the road & take Route 5 to Aber.
The route climbs high on the old Roman Road with spectacular views over the Menai Strait and over to Anglesey and Puffin Island. From Abergwyngregyn we have a short section to Morfa Aber Nature Reserve.
This ride is mainly quiet country lanes with a short busier section of road at Llandygai.

There are some steepish hills, but they don't go on for long. We can take them at our own pace and regroup at the top. This ride will go at a steady pace to suit the group, please dress for the weather. After a short break in Aber we will return along the same route.

All bikes welcome, including E Bikes.

Please book on the ride ahead of time.

WHAT TO BRING:
- A bike that's in good working order, with your tyres pumped up
- A helmet is compulsory for this ride
- Clothes suitable for the weather
- A snack if you'd like one and a drink for the ride
- A spare inner tube suitable for your tyres or repair kit
