A lovely ride leaving Kingsley and going up over the Sandstone Ridge giving great views towards the Welsh hills.
We'll go into the Gowy valley and call in at Meadow Lea café before heading back over the sandstone ridge. The hills make this quite a challenging ride but great fun and reward us with some good downhill runs!
