Start 10am, Southwark Gateway Needle. Jamie leading and aiming to get back around 1.30pm. Route outward via Kings Cross, return through Regents Park (Google map https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=1S4E6QQQM4Dp18KOJMQexVb3yDDMXob7C&usp=sharing. Coffee break at Parliament Hill and time to walk up to the viewpoint. Everyone welcome.
Riders of all ages are welcome on Healthy Rides but under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Same for “adults at risk”.

Easy-paced ride visiting Kings X Granary Place and crossing Regents Park. Suitable for any kind of cycist including less confident cycists who want to gain experience riding in a group.

Mostly quiet streets, cycle lanes and paths. Short stretches of busy road.

Several short stops at points of interest. Longer stop at Parliament Hill Fields Cafe.
