We meet at the bike library at no 93 Wellbeing Centre where toilets and free teas and coffees are available. We have bikes and helmets that can be borrowed for the ride. Please, arrive at 9.30 am if you are borrowing a bike from us.

Ride leaves at 10:00 am.

13 miles ride through green and blue spaces Manchester has to offer. It's a fairly flat ride, as we are cycling mostly through the South of Manchester (325 ft gain).

Riding along Rochdale canal, through Miles Platting, Ancoats,
Hulme and Colyhurst neighbourhoods, along cycling lanes on Oxford rd and Deansgate, throgh All Saints Park, Alexandra Park, Hulme Park, Queens Park. Stopping at the Garden Cafe in Hulme.

The ride is starting at number no93 Wellbeing Centre in Harpurhey where bikes&helmets can be borrowed for the ride. Please arrive 9.30 am for debrief, bike checks and if you need to borrow a bike from the bike library. We leave at 10 am sharp.

The Wellbeing Centre is located on 93 Church Ln, M9 5BG in Harpurhey. The entrance is on Church lane through the big metal green gate next to Conran Medical Centre. Free car park in the Wellbeing Centre

Hybrid and mountain bike are advisable or any bike with good grip/thread tyres.

Bring a bike lock, cash for the cafe or sandwiches, water.

Teas and coffees available at No 93 cafe in the centre at the start and finish of the ride. Also, toilets here. We'll also stop in Manchester at a trendy cafe in the city

Please, bring water to stay hydrated, lock for your bike and cash/card for the cafe
