Pedal Heaven with Breeze - 12 mile

Come and join us on the first ride from Pedal Heaven in Fleet! This is a lovely evening ride of around 12 miles.  Taking in some lovely Hampshire scenery and a few small hills, the ride is good for building fitness levels and confidence on the bike.  Where possible the route will follow country lanes and cycle paths however there are a couple of busier roads which are designed to help with confidence levels and your leaders will be on hand to advise and support you. We will meet outside Pedal Heaven Cycle Shop in Fleet at 18.15 so we are ready to set off promptly at 18.30. Thursday evening is late opening at Pedal Heaven so come early to have a look around or take advantage of the nice mechanics who will check your tyre pressure etc. From there the route will leave Fleet through the tree lined roads of the Blue Triangle area to Elvetham Heath.  There we will follow the cycle path before heading out to Winchfield via the Hampshire Lanes, returning to Fleet via Dogmersfield and Church Crookham. The route is undulating with some short hills plus a few longer slower ones. We will keep the group together/ regroup at the top if needed. We want to be back before the shop closes at 8pm so if we are behind schedule etc if any punctures for example we may shorten the route slightly. Please make sure you wear clothing comfortable for the weather.  Bring a spare inner tube and pump (plus puncture repair kit if you have one). All welcome but please note pace of ride.
