Pedal Heaven with Breeze - Summer Evening Ride followed by a drink at the pub!

Come and join us on on our summer evening ride series from Pedal Heaven in Fleet! Our fortnightly rides, good for building fitness levels and confidence on the bike, will be around 10 - 15 miles out into in the surrounding Hampshire countryside. This week we are going to Crondall via Odiham. Our 15 mile route will take us out of Fleet through Church Crookham to the pretty village of Dogmersfield. Passing by Winchfield Church the road undulates through the trees before using the path under the A287 and over the canal into Odiham High Street. Turning left we climb up to Roke following the lovely country lanes and on to Crondall. After crossing the A287 we'll head back via Cookham village and Church Cookham to Fleet where we'll end our ride in the pub for a well earned drink . To celebrate the 50 miles we will have covered on our Breeze rides this summer we're planning to end the ride with a quick drink before it gets dark. If you are planning on riding home afterwards make sure you can do this safely and bring lights if there is a risk of it being dark before you get home. We will meet outside Pedal Heaven Cycle Shop in Fleet at 18.15 so we are ready to set off promptly at 18.30. Thursday evening is late opening at Pedal Heaven so come early to have a look around or take advantage of the nice mechanics who will check your tyre pressure etc. We want to be back before the shop closes at 8pm so if we are behind schedule etc if any punctures for example we may need to shorten the route slightly. Please make sure you wear clothing comfortable for the weather. Bring a spare inner tube and pump (plus puncture repair kit if you have one). All welcome but please note pace of ride.
