Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

About the route
Traffic free route via the Canal Toe Path to the start of the Mile Tunnel. We'll start at the Cycle Hub and cycle up to the tow path. We'll pass the seven locks that will take us to what is the highest point of the Leeds Liverpool canal. Don't let that put you off, it's a gentle slope and a lovely scenic route.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the “Ride Start Time”
The “Ride Start Time” is 11:00am
We always ride at a pace to suit the group, so don't be put off if you feel a bit nervous or rusty, we've all been there!
This ride is a there and back ride and is primarily aimed for ladies who are new / returning to cycling. We'll take it easy and go thru the gears to make Cycling more comfortable and attainable.
I advise you to dress to suit the weather on the day. Its always a good idea to bring a drink with you.
Helmets are not compulsory but I advise if you have one to bring it with you. A spare inner tube or repair kit is also a good addition to your kit.
