Leave Pembroke pay & display car park travel round the commons across Milpond lockup Bushhill down Ferry Lane out onto cycle path A477 to Marthas Kitchen for ☕️ Return along A477 on cycle path to Milton up Stevens Green then turn rt down the Ridgeway to Lamphey &return on Lower Lamphey Rd
