Join me on this lovely ride along the cycle paths and trails of the north Merseyside coast. We start at the Pier Head and follow the Leeds Liverpool Canal path to Waterloo, to join the coastal cycle route. There is a chance for a coffee and snack at the MeCycle cafe in Ainsdale, before catching the train back to the city. Or, if you are feeling fit, you can ride some or all of the way back to the Pier Head! The single ride is 16 miles and the return up to 32 miles. Any road worthy bike is fine for this ride and bring some water and a snack.
