Starting at Pembrey heading to Pinged then through Llandyry. Right then left past Ffos Las. Head then through Carway to the bottom on Pontyates turning left heading to Pontnewydd. From there back to Pinged and finally back to Pembrey.
Some cycle path, but mainly tarmac roads.
Stopping at the end of the ride at Daisy’s.
Helmet is essential.
