This is quite a challenging route mostly on lanes but with a couple of fairly busy roads for short periods and at least one difficult hill. It is only suitable for people confident riding on the road. Please bring a drink, snack, money for refreshments, at least one spare inner tube and come suitably dressed for the weather. Please check your bike before you set out to make sure it is in good working order.
