This ride is suitable for ladies that can ride at a moderate pace however beginners are welcome and will always be supported . We have limited free bike hire for those without but booking is esssential please email [email protected]. Those wishing to borrow a bike please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time so we can get you kitted up and ready to start 6pm prompt.
