YO42 2QB

We will head out of Pocklington along The Mile turning left to Meltonby and on to Bishop Wilton . A left turn past the pub and down through the village brings us on to the famous 'Snake Lane ' -a lovely gentle downhill to Bolton. Here we turn left onto Yapham Rd with a little pull up to then drop and turn left at the bottom of the hill past Yapham Cricket Club and on to Yapham Mill. Here we turn left onto Yapham Rd and make our way back to the rugby club.
Next week is the final one in the series and will be 20 miles-then you are a fully fledged Pock & Barmby Bell!

The routes will be short and flat and are specifically for new riders who are a bit 'rusty ' and haven't been out for a while. The rides are led by a trained cycle leader called a BREEZE Champion who will look after you on the ride.

Quiet country lanes

Short stops to take a drink and take photos

Helmets are a must -no helmet no ride! A road worthy bike, tyres pumped up, a pump, spare inner to fit your bike. Please wear HIHG VIS -NOT BLACK so we can be seen. Please have lights especially on these early rides in case we take longer than planned and a water bottle

First-timers welcome!
