NOT FOR BEGINNERS
This is a beautiful but quite a tough route with a few hills onto the top of the Wolds. From Barmby we head down to Pocklington [[can pick up riders from PRUFC at 10.15am]we head out to Burnby half way up 'Lime Pit Hill' and on to Londesborough. A steep downhill and back up to Londesborough roundabout before we head toward Goodmanham. Here we take a right turn and down the beautiful scenic 'Springwells' onto the Kiplingcotes Road . We then have a lovely long tootle along this valley bottom to South Dalton ,past The Pipe and Glass and through Dalton Park!. Once out we get back onto the Wold Tops and head back to to Goodmanham and to Market Weighton along the cycle track to Shiptonthorpe calling in at Langlands for refreshments. It's then back up the gill to Londesborough retracing our wheels back to Pock ! Whilst not for the feint hearted this is a beautiful scenic ride and you will have a real sense of achievement at the finish. You can always get off and push and we neve leave anyone behind.

Look forward to seeing you

Val
