Although a flat route , it is quite a long one so not really a beginners ride but for those who can sustain about 10-12mph and want to push themselves a bit more distance wise. This is one of our favourite lovely scenic and routes out to one of our favourite cafes We will head out of Barmby Moor to Allerthorpe , Bileby and then head to Seaton Ross turning left to Laytham and on to Aughton to Ellerton. Here we head towards East Cottingwith to Pig in the Willow who is opening specially for us [just breakfast sandwiches , no cakes that day] for a well earned refreshment stop before heading back via Melbourne, Thornton , Allerthorpe .
Don’t forget your pennies/cards.

A helmet is advisable.
Please ensure your bike is in good working order before the day of the ride and tyres are fully inflated and you carry a spare inner tube to fit your bike.

Look forward to seeing you there

This is a lovely flat route to a very nice cafe stop which has been shut for the winter but is hopefully opening.

Quiet country lanes

The Pig in the Willow at East Cottingwith

Helmets are advisable and please bring water bottle , and pennies for the tea/coffee stop . We will still be adhering to Government and British Cycling Covid guidelines.

We never leave anyone behind
