About the route
Leaving Penyrheol Leisure Centre, Head towards Pontardulais along the main road until you get to Pontardulais traffic lights. From there, turn right passed The Rasoi Indian and continue until you get to Penllegear. Head to Gorseinon and then return Via Heol y Mynydd back to Pontardulais.
