About the route
Leaving Penyrheol Leisure Centre, Head towards Pontardulais, right at roundabout and join cycle path. Follow path until you join road the other side of Grovesend. Joining before Pontardulais traffic lights. From there, turn right passed The Rasoi Indian and continue until you get to Penllegear. Head to Gorseinon and then return cycle path joining at Heol y Mynydd back to the leisure centre.
