Pontardulais/llanelli/tumble Loop

Leaving Tesco's carpark, cycled to the traffic lights and turn right through the Pontarddulais one-way system until you reach the traffic lights. At the fish and chip shop, turn right towards Gorseinon. Just before you went to the village Of Grovesend , turn left at the corner to join the cycle track. Stay on the cycle track until you join Mynydd Road and turn right towards the leisure centre. At the roundabout turn right and then left onto Frampton Road. At the traffic lights, Turn right and keep going until you get to the monument roundabout. Take the second exit and continue until you get to the Lwchwr Bridge roundabout. Go over Lwchwr Bridge and follow coast road until you get to North Dock llanelli. Join the cycle track to tumble and follow for a long while. At tumble, turn right and at junction, take turning to llanelli.
Then follow road to Llannon. Turn left and follow road to Hendy, turning left to forest. Return to Tesco.
