Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear a helmet. Don't forget gloves, layered clothes, a drink and a snack, a rain jacket just in case, a spare inner tube or two, and a card for the cafe stop and in case of emergency.

Quieter roads and cycle paths, with a couple of hills. Stopping at Lazy Llama for a hot drink to warm us up.
