About the route
Starting point
The Oval Cafe, Harpenden. If you are driving, you can park along Ambrose Lane
A vaguely circular route to the Shooting Lodge then home. Starting at the Oval Cafe, down to Redbourn, then wandering around back towards Harpenden, veering off to the Shooting Lodge instead, then back to the Oval.
Leaving at 11 to give the roads (and us) a chance to warm up. Starting on the Nicky Line, then it will be roads. We will be taking it easy but peddling enough to keep warm!
If you are pining for your bike, an opportunity to commune with it again!
Remember wear a helmet (I only take people out who are wearing one), money for emergencies . and coffee, and spare inner tube and pump.
Check your emails on Thursday night in case the forecast changes, but hopefully see you on Friday!
