An exploration of some of the parks and cycle paths of West Swindon starting from St Mark's Park in Gorse Hill. Due to the temporary closure to the cycle path near Shaw Forest we'll be taking a slight diversion via Rivermead, which is predominately on cycle paths, with a short section of quiet road within the industrial estate.

A family-friendly ride from St Marks Park exploring some of the green spaces of West Swindon and it's many traffic-free cycle paths.

As with all the 'Potter on Pedals' rides we take the quietest routes which follow mainly traffic-free cycle paths, with the occasional short section of quiet residential road. All ages and abilities are welcome, no special equipment is required, just you and your bike. This is a friendly, supportive, social ride all about helping you discover more on your doorstep. Lycra is not required :)

After the ride you are encouraged to stay and play at the park or enjoy the yummy food and drink at St Mark's Coffee House.

Under 16's must wear a helmet and we recommend that adults do too, but it is your personal choice. You may want to bring some money for snacks/refreshments at the café.

We never leave anyone behind
