Hope you are able to come along Lara & Sheelagh
Hello come and join myself and Sheelagh for a midweek leg spinner from Prestwick Beach to Troon and back on Wednesday night- weather is looking good
We will be on mixture of traffic and traffic free roads, majority of route will be cycle path, don't worry we will all go at our own comfortable pace, we will always wait for each other, no-one is ever left behind
There will be time to catch breath and chat whilst we are stopped before returning back to Prestwick
Helmets are respectively requested to be worn during ride Please bring some cash/cards for Coffee/ice cream stop Please dress for weather, and forecast
