Pype Hayes CCC - Led Ride to Aston Hall

Our route to Aston Hall will be on a mixture of the canal, roads and shared cycle pathways. On the return we will go through the green spaces of Brookvale Park, Witton Lakes & Bleak Hill Park until we reach Erdington on the roads back to Paget School.

Our rides are steady and for those who want to learn more about the local routes in their area and increase their confidence being part of a group. We are a friendly group and everyone plays their part in helping each other on the ride.

We always go at the slowest person's pace in order to keep the group together and do not leave anyone behind.

We will have a refreshment break at the Staple Yard cafe at Aston Hall for 30-45 mins. You have the option to purchase a drink or you are welcome to bring your own with you.

Please ensure that your bike is in good working order and wear a cycle helmet. It you can bring lights as we go through a couple of small tunnels on the canal.

If you can bring a drink with you, a spare inner tube or puncture kit and bike lock.
