Starting point

West Midlands
B24 0JP

Our led ride takes us through some quiet roads until we reach Pype Hayes Park. We then cycle through the scenic New Hall Country Park which is mostly traffic free and on cycle paths (NCR 534 route) until we reach Sutton Town Centre. We will then cycle through to Sutton Park Nature Reserve until we stop briefly by the Blackroot Pool (please note there will be an option for some of the group to do a shorter version stopping at Sutton Town Centre, approx 7.5 miles)

We will decide on the day on which cafe to stop at in the town depending how busy it is.

Please bring a payment card or cash if you wish to purchase a drink at the cafe. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own drink.

We will then return back via New Hall Valley Country Park and back to Paget School.

We always go at the slowest person's pace in order to keep the group together and do not leave anyone behind. Our rides are steady and are great for those wanting to learn more about the local routes in their area and increase their confidence being part of a group. We are a friendly group and everyone plays their part in helping each other on the ride.

If you can ensure that your bike is in good working order and we advise you wear a cycle helmet. If you can bring a drink with you, a spare inner tube or puncture kit and bike lock.

PLEASE NOTE: We have bikes & helmets available on request (free of charge). If you can request 24 hours prior to the ride by emailing [email protected]. It will be on a first come first basis.

Pype Hayes Community Cycling Club is a Cycling UK affiliated club.
