For Sunday 12th November, Remembrance Sunday, we have a short local ride with a coffee stop and a walk in the beautiful Coombe Woods. The cycling time of this ride is just 50 minutes so we can start at 10am. We ride through Park Hill Park and on to Lloyd Park where we take a downhill track, riding to Coombe Wood Gardens. There we'll stop for coffee in the Courtyard Cafe and also take the opportunity to have a walk in these lovely wooded gardens. Then along Conduit Lane and the roads back to Queens Gardens (but not on the busy Park Lane). I think we will be back at Queens Gardens around 12.20.

Because we will ride on a bumpy (but gently downhill!) track in Lloyd Park I don't recommend a road bike unless it has 28mm or wider tyres and good tyre pressure. Please bring a spare inner tube.
