Rapha Women's 100 : Plymouth

On Sunday 17th July 2016 women all over the World will be taking part in 100km bike rides. Last year over 8000 women took part. You can pledge to ride on the Rapha 100 webpage. You will receive a woven badge from Rapha if you complete the distance. We will be setting off from Rockets & Rascals at 930am.There will be two groups - a fast group (14mph) and a steady group (10-12mph). We will be having a lunch stop en route. Please bring a spare inner tube, repair kit, bike pump, helmet, water bottle and money for lunch/snacks. Please note that this is a very long ride of about 60 miles. You will probably need to train to increase your distance stamina and leg strength beforehand. There will probably be fewer stops to regroup than normal in order to keep the ride time to a reasonable length of time.
