Ride 1 - 19th July

A steady ride that takes us out from the Hub, through town and right onto the Catherton road at the traffic lights. we turn right onto Common Lane and despite the broken road at the bottom of the hill, it is, in our mind, the best way to get up to the Catherton Common. Take it steady as you come down the lane and be prepared to get off the bike at the bottom of the hill. It's advisable to get back on the bike past the entrance to the farm on the right.
Once past the Severn Trent gates at the top of the hill follow the road road and take your next right towards the Catherton Common.
Follow the road all the way and enjoy a good stop at the top just over the cattle grid. Take your first right and follow the road back down the Catherton Road, avoiding the pot holes. Turn left at the traffic lights and cruise back to the Cleobury Community Hub for Bacon Sandwiches.
